I vote for a design wall -- it is so inspirational, as well as functional :)Kendra from missknittas studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17840287727328185422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105706202065233939.post-2647348907195508082014-01-25T04:17:33.218+13:002014-01-25T04:17:33.218+13:00So happy for you getting your own space! You'...So happy for you getting your own space! You've got great light (something I lack in mine, except for fluorescent). Have fun setting it up just the way you like it.

One of my favorite things is my cutting table. It is a good height, so I don't have to bend over to cut. It's big enough to baste a small quilt on and has room underneath for stacking containers which hold (some of) my scraps by color.Paulettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06181665241824945247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105706202065233939.post-44967415798023436932014-01-25T03:14:58.020+13:002014-01-25T03:14:58.020+13:00Hurray for a sewing room!! Some of my favorite things in my sewing room are: wall mounted iron bracket (so the kids don't knock it off the ironing board), a hanging book sleeve for my rulers (like this: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/143622675589779255/ ), and a big desgin wall!Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11843675387693755387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105706202065233939.post-33324916274884631122014-01-24T06:54:37.624+13:002014-01-24T06:54:37.624+13:00Lucky lady!Lucky lady!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08841562485538558791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105706202065233939.post-75064834034315688532014-01-24T02:30:44.948+13:002014-01-24T02:30:44.948+13:00This is great, Julie! Needless to say, it's a very shared space which I rarely have use of for more than an hour or two at once.Karen @ Pieces of Contentmenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00719349569606790410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3105706202065233939.post-84902619788894953442014-01-23T13:16:56.853+13:002014-01-23T13:16:56.853+13:00Well done - you'll love having a room to yours...Well done - you'll love having a room to yourself!
