Scenes from my Week

From the kitchen
  • homemade chicken and corn chowder with my favourite bread
From the morning walks
  • it must be autumn
From the sewing room
  • another block for the scrappy sampler quilt
From the sofa
  • the other end of where I am sitting - lots of handmade goodness here

  3. I still find it strange that we are at opposite seasons. Your soup and bread look a real delight and the fabric with the fox and the rabbit is stunning. Have a great week.

  7. Yummy chowder and bread. We have been very cold here! My parents had a good inch of snow in Northern Wisconsin!! We had some flurries. I made some Cowboy Bean Stew tonight, it hit the spot. Your chowder looks wonderful.
    I love your Autumn photos.
