Loving // The two sunny but cold days we have had - more rain due tonight though,
Drinking // Rose and French Vanilla tea
Feeling // Cold - but thankful we don't get snow where I live.
Making // More blocks for my Sea Glass Sampler Quilt
Thinking // What a great idea this washi tape is as a stitch guide for my hand quilting, of course now that I have started using it, I am wondering if I need to redo the areas I didn't use it on ......
Dreaming // Of new quilt projects and summer clothes sewing
Homemade fudge - yum! And that tea sounds delicious too.
ReplyDeleteIt's been cold here too, and windy! But there hasn't been much sun.
Thank-you so very much for joining in again Julie!

Oh, fudge! I love fudge. And look at your quilting, such beautiful work. It made me smile to see the colours of sea glass in your photo. My young son loves to collect pieces of sea glass. Meg:)
ReplyDeleteYour sea glass quilt is going to sparkle! That washi tape IS a good idea (but no, you don't need to redo any!)
ReplyDeleteGlad you had some sunshine. It makes the cold more bearable.
Oh goodness Julie! Fudge, and Rose, and Vanilla...those words just made my heart jump! They sound soooo delicious! I love your blocks, they are very pretty, I'm not much good at quilt blocks that are so beautifully pieced like yours. Somedays, I can't even draw straight with a ruler haha! Megan x
ReplyDeleteSounds like a lovely week Julie! The sun is shining here today! Yippee!
ReplyDeleteLove your diamond block!!! And fudge too :))
ReplyDeleteYour sea glass sampler will be beautiful! Lovely cool colours to work with. The Washi tape looks to be the perfect guide for hand quilting!
ReplyDeleteFunny/ about happy you do not get snow where you live!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy these posts.

Your 'sea glass' blocks are coming along, love the diamond one! I haven't seen that tape before, looks like it works well.
ReplyDeleteMmmmm fudge... :) Love that washi tape guide! So clever.
