Weekending - Tawhitokino

Today, The Scout and I did a short hike into Tawhitokino, such a beautiful, new to me beach.  I well and truly needed a dose of vitamin sea, this was perfect.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend too.

  3. Wow!! Thank you for sharing that beautiful place. I hadn't heard of this bay before, lovely it is close enough to Auckland for you to get to. Had a giggle, when hubby and I go for walks he is usually out ahead of me just like the Scout is. Thanks for the NZ hit.

  5. Beautiful Julie You really are lucky to live so close to Nature's beauty! And making the most of the sunshine too- it will be gone for awhile soon, I guess!?

  6. I wish I lived close enough to a large body of water where I could gather in a dose of vitamin sea as well. I know, the Mississippi River is not too far away and it does suffice most days but I do miss the vistas from the beaches of Lake Michigan and Lake Superior where I spent happy childhood hours.

  7. Oh, that looks wonderful!! I am fairly desperate for vitamin sea, as well. Sigh. The rocks, huge and small, are fantastic.
